Ingredients

    10 ounces chicken breast (two breasts), cubed
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
    3 cloves garlic, sliced
    4 ounces white wine
    kalmata olives, 1.5 oz, halved
    3 tbsp chopped parsley
    .33 cup feta cheese

Directions

cube chicken, saute in olive oil over high heat until brown. Add tomatoes and garlic, cook for 3 minutes. Add feta cheese and wine, stir to combine. When feta is all melted into the sauce add olives and parsley. Done!
