Low fat baked burger patties

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    * Beans, red kidney, 3 cup
    * Carrots, raw, 1 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long)
    * Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced
    * **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 1 tbsp
    * Onions, raw, 1 large
    * Garlic, 2 clove
    * Salt, 1 dash

Directions

-Preheat oven to 200 degrees celcius.
-Throw all ingredients into a food processor and blitz into a fine paste.
-Shape into burger patties and place on a sheet of non stick paper in a baking tray.
-Bake for ten to fifteen minutes until hot. Gently remove. Serve beside some steamed vegetables or on a grain roll with salad greens and avocado.
