Introduction

Great high fiber, low fat option for the morning. Using fruit or a bit of real syrup avoids any high fructose corn syrup, as well. My whole family loves this! Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    12 slices Arnold extra fiber whole wheat bread
    1 cup egg substitute
    .5 cup nonfat milk
    splash of vanilla
    .5 - 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions

Mix all ingredients except bread in a bowl. Coat both sides of bread lightly with mixture. Place on pre-heated griddle or skillet until brown and flip.

Serve with whatever topping you like...
