2 cups whole wheat pastry flour
2 tablespoons whole wheat pastry flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup lite or unsweetend applesauce
8 egg whites
1/2 cup granular splenda
1/4 cup splenda brown sugar mix
2 tsp vanilla extraxt
3/4 cup fat free lactaid
2-1/2 cup mashed bananas (3 bananas)
1/4 cup sugar free chocolate chips

Preheat oven 350*F.
Mix flour and baking soda. Set aside.
In a blender, combine remaining ingredients. except for
the egg whites and chocolate chips
combine flour and milk mixture.
beat egg whites until stiff and fold into mixture
pour into loaf pan. add 5-6 choc chops on top
Bake 1 hour.
Makes 36 small muffins or 24 muffins and one small laof.
for muffins bake @ 400 for 20 minutes
