4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. red bell pepper, chopped
1-1/2 tsp. garlic, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
To serve: Cook on a grill or a grill pan on the stove top until cooked through. Serve with a side of veggies (not in nutritional content).
