IntroductionI created this recipe when I was upset that the grocery store no longer carried chocolate graham crackers. So I had to be creative! I created this recipe when I was upset that the grocery store no longer carried chocolate graham crackers. So I had to be creative!
4 Sheets of Low Fat Graham Crackers (I used honey flavored)
1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips
About 6 strawberries very thinly sliced
4 heaping tablespoons of cool whip free
While chocolate is melting, break the graham crackers in half to make two squares. Slice the strawberries as thin as you can get them.
Spread 1/4 of the chocolate on 4 of the crackers. Top with sliced strawberries and then add a heaping spoonful of cool whip. Place other cracker on top. Be careful to not squish it. Place on a freezer safe tray and freeze atleast 30 minutes. The longer in the freezer - the better! Enjoy!
