Mix all ingredients except olive oil and pizza sauce together. Form small meatballs (yield should be about 35-50, depending on size) and brown in olive oil in a skillet about 5 minutes. Once the meatballs are browned, add the pizza sauce and simmer for about 10 to 15 minutes. If you prefer saucier meatballs, add more sauce. Makes about 8 servings (if you make sandwiches) or more for appetizers.
Warning: the meatballs fell apart during the browning process--be sure to brown them with plenty of room before adding more.
