Scotch Eggs- Gluten Free

Introduction

I got this here on SP recipes but wanted to see what it would be like without breadcrumbs. Added full fat cheddar, full fat sausage, and a raw egg for binding, and parmesan. Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    I lb pork sausage
    6 hard boiled eggs
    1 Tbsp Tobasco Jalepeno sauce
    1/4 cup cheddar cheese
    1/4 cup parmesan shredded
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 raw egg for binding



Directions

Preheat oven to 350*

Mix all ingredients together except for the hardboiled egg. Form meat mixture around each egg until packed and smooth.

Put on cookie sheet and bake for 30 minutes

Serves 6
