Ingredients

    3tbsp fine dry breadcrumbs
    11/2 tsp parmesan cheese, grated
    1/8 tsp black pepper
    1 tbsp dijon mustard
    2 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

Directions

Combine cheese, pepper, and mustard and brush on both sides of chicken breast.

Roll chicken breasts in breadcrumb mixture, coating evenly.

Spray baking pan with cooking spray evenly, and cook chicken at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until chicken is white through and through.

serve with rown rice and veggie of your choice
