Veggie Philly Roll

Ingredients

    1 green pepper sliced
    2 portabella mushrooms (big ones) sliced
    1/2 onion sliced
    2.1 ozs Asiago cheese sliced
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1 tbsp sunflower oil
    2 slices flatout flatbread

Directions

Heat oil in pan over medium heat. Pan fry veggies and salt and pepper. Mix in asiago and cook until it is melted. Roll up in flat bread. 2 servings
