Tomato And Chiken Sauce With Pasta

Introduction

A Homemade chicken and tomato sauce with fettuccine pasta A Homemade chicken and tomato sauce with fettuccine pasta
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    4 large tomatos,cubed
    Half a yellow Capsicum,cut into cubes
    Half a green Capsicum,cut into cubes
    6 Mushrooms, sliced
    1 cup cooked chicken, cut up into cubes. You can use more chicken if you prefer.
    2 handfulls ofFettucine pasta
    Salt
    Pepper
    Chilli powder
    Oil


Directions

1.Boil a pot with water, a dash of salt and a drop of oil.
2.Place your tomatos into a pan and let them simmer.
3.Add your fettucine to your boiling water, it should take about 8 minutes to cook,depending on which you are using, fresh or packet.
4. Add mushrooms and capsicums and simmer till the capsicums are soft, be careful to keep stirring as the tomato when it simmers can stick to the bottom of the pan !
5. Add chicken and let it simmer some more
6. Check your pasta, it should be firm to the bite.
7. If you think your pasta is ready, drain it completly and place it back in the pot.
8. Season with salt and pepper and a tiny bit of chilli powder to your sauce mix, stir then taste.
9. If this tastes fine to you, place all ingrediants in the pot with the pasta and stir, this will make sure all your pasta is covered in the sauce.
10. Heat up til desired temperature then serve !

This will mak approx 2 dinner meals. Please feel free to add/ take out ingrediants !
