Introduction

Easy breakfast / Great for company/ u can use low fat or fat free ingrediants but i have seen it get a little runny that way. Easy breakfast / Great for company/ u can use low fat or fat free ingrediants but i have seen it get a little runny that way.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1/2 cup Bisquick
    1/4 cup melted butter
    1 cup sour cream
    1 cup cottage cheese
    2 eggs
    4 tsp parmeasean cheese
    4 tomatoe slices
    1 cup Broccoli or spinach (i use 16 oz frozn broccoli flourettes)

Directions

Preheat oven 350

cook broccoli or spinach and drain

in a bowl add---
1/2 cup Bisquik
1 cup sour cream
1 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup melted butter
2 eggs

mix untill smooth

Later:
4 tsp Parmesaen cheese
4 tomatoe slices

Mix with a hand mixer untill well blended
lay Broccoli on bottom of a greased (pam) pie plate
poor mixture all over broccoli lay down 4 slices of tomatoe on top and sprinkle parmesean cheese all over
pop in the oven for 30 min or untill an inserted knife comes out clean.
