This is super easy, has the 'right' kind of fat, is vegetarian, and has lots of flavour.

Number of Servings: 7

Ingredients

    1 900 ml (30 oz) container Bruschetta (calc based on Ziggy's)
    2 540ml (19 oz) cans Beans, well drained and rinsed
    5 tofu wieners, sliced (calc based on Yves's)
    100 gm (3.3 oz) low fat feta (17% MF)
    Italian seasoning to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients.
Serve hot (microwave) or cold.

Makes 7 240ml (1-cup) servings.
