Ingredients

    1 cup frozen blueberries
    1 3 Greek Gods nonfat plain yogurt cup
    1/2 cup apple juice
    1/2 cup oats
    1 tbl peanut butter
    1 scoop vanilla whey protein

Directions

Add all to blender and blend until smooth.
