Ingredients

    2 cans of tuna packed in water. drained
    1 cup or about 1/2 package of low salt saltine crackers
    Mrs Dash salt substitute 1 tsp or to taste
    Olive oil for cooking

Directions

Mix all ingredients together , except the oil, untill well blended. Should beable to for a fairly solid pattie.
Put oil in skillet and heat to med high. Form 4 patties and place in oil. These will cook fairly quickly so keep an eye on them. Serve with salad.
