Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1 can Campbell's Select Harvest Light Maryland-Style Crab
    1 can Hunt's Fire Roasted Tomatoes, Diced
    .5 bag of TransOcean Crab Classics Imitation Crab Flake Style
    .5 Large Lemon Juice
    .5 tsp Dried Minced Garlic
    .5 tsp Garlic Powder
    dash Rosemary
    dash Dried Oregano
    dash Dried Basil

    OPTIONAL add ons (not included in nutritional estimate):
    -Fresh parsley, cilantro or other herb
    -Chilies or red pepper flakes
    -Mushrooms or other veggies

Directions

Heat through in a saucepan. Combine ingredients, be sure to break up the imitation crab into smaller chunks.

*Be careful not to add any additional sodium. The imitation crab and canned foods are already high in sodium. Can reduce sodium with cooked fresh tomatoes.

  • I haven't made this yet but it sure sounds good. I like to add a little 'zing' to my soup and add a bit of hot sauce, especially with tomatoes. Will let you know how it tastes! - 9/22/09
