Roasted Potatoes, 1 cup

Ingredients

    2 - 1 lb, 4 oz pkgs Diced Potatoes with onions
    3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    1 tsp dried basil leaves
    1 tsp minced garlic
    1 tsp dried thyme, leaf style

Directions

Put both packages of Potatoes with onions into a medium size bowl. Mix oil and seasonings.

Pour seasonings over potatoes and onions and mix well. Spread out in single layer on large baking sheet.

Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for about 60 minutes, turning half way through. Potatoes are done when turned golden to light brown.

1 cup per serving.
