Peach Cobbler

Ingredients

    1/2 stick of butter
    1 cup milk
    1 cup sugar
    1 cup self-rising flour
    Fruit (recipe calculation is 1 can of Peaches, light syrup

Directions

Melt 1/2 stick of butter in baking dish. Add fruit of choice.

Mix: 1 cup milk
1 cup sugar
1 cup self-rising flour
Put in sealable container and shake until smooth and blended.

Pour over fruit.

Bake at 350 degrees until crust rises and is evenly browned.

Serve hot with vanilla ice cream or cool whip.
