Ground Pork/Sausage Balls

Introduction

Very simple recipe that can be served any time as an appetizer, main dish or even for brunch! Very simple recipe that can be served any time as an appetizer, main dish or even for brunch!
Number of Servings: 7

Ingredients

    1 lb Ground Pork (or your favorite breakfast sausage)
    1 cup shredded cheese
    2 cups Baking mix (the nutrition information is based on Carbquick - a low carb, high fiber baking mix - Bisquick would work as well, but adjust the nutrition numbers)
    3 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp chili powder
    2 TBSP Italian Seasonings

Directions

Preheat oven to 350

Mix all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl (by hand works best), scoop out and form roughly 2" balls and place on gooking sheet prepared with non-stick cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 15-18 minutes!

Serve alone or with your favorite dip.
