IntroductionDairy Free, whole wheat version of french toast. Dairy Free, whole wheat version of french toast.
2 slices of whole wheat bread
2 medium eggs
1 cup light vanilla Silk soymilk
1 tbsp cardamom
1 tbsp cinnamon
Dip in slice of bread, coating both sides thoroughly.
In heated, sprayed skillet, place coated bread, brown on each side and remove.
Note: You will have about half of your egg mixture left over, but if you do not use that much it is hard to coat the bread. I save it and use it within the next two days.
