Introduction

A great side dish to with any meal. It is a nice blend of sweet and salt. A great side dish to with any meal. It is a nice blend of sweet and salt.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 can creamed corn
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 Jiffy corn bread mix
    1 cup fat free sour cream
    1/2 cup butter

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place butter in bottom of a 9 x 11 baking dish and place in oven to melt. Mix remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Pour over melted butter, do not mix. Bake for 1 hour or longer to make sure the center has set.
Makes 6 1-cup servings
