Balsamic Glazed Cauliflower

Introduction

The balsamic gets syrupy and sweet, a nice flavor on cauliflower, which doesn't have much flavor on it's own. Very pungent while cooking though! The balsamic gets syrupy and sweet, a nice flavor on cauliflower, which doesn't have much flavor on it's own. Very pungent while cooking though!
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1 Tbsp Olive Oil
    1 head Cauliflower, cut up into florets
    4 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
    3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
    .5 tbsp dried basil
    Pinch Kosher salt

Directions

Cut cauliflower into florets, heat up oil in saute pan. Add in balsamic vinegar, garlic and basil, bring to a boil and reduce a coup[le of minutes over med-hi heat. Add in cauliflower and pinch of salt and tos together in pan. Cover with a lid and steam for about 15 minutes. Remove lid and continue to cook until liquid gets thick, and cauliflower looks caramelized, stirring every couple of minutes.
