Steak Marinated in Port Wine

Ingredients

    1.25 lb Sirloin Steak
    1/2 cup port wine
    2 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tb Balsamic Vinegar
    2 med garlic cloves
    3 Tb Thyme - minced

Directions

In a ziploc bag add all ingredients, shake and store in refrigerator for 8 hours. Turn from time to time.
After marinating heat grill and cook steak 5 minutes on each side. You may cook the marinate on stove until 1/4 cup is left and serve over steak.
