Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2 - 28oz cans chopped tomatoes
    1 whole green bell pepper chopped
    1 whole red bell pepper chopped
    1 whole cucumber chopped
    2 green onions chopped
    1 cup red onions chopped
    1 bunch of cilantro chopped
    6 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
    6 tablesspoons of red wine or cider vinegar
    dashes of hot sauce to taste
    4 cloves of garlic minced

Directions

Put all ingredients in a large glass bowl and mix. Chill for at least 2 hours and serve cold. Makes 12 - one cup servings.
