Number of Servings: 7

Ingredients

    Ground beef, extra lean, 16 oz (one pound)
    *Beans - pink kidney - 15.5 oz (standard can)
    *Elbow Macaroni, 12 oz, cooked
    *2 - 8 oz cans of tomato sauce
    1/2 can water (the tomato sauce can)
    *Chili powder, 2 tbsp
    *Great Value Taco Seasoning, 1 tbsp
    *Garlic Powder, 1 tsp
    *Black Pepper (Ground), .5 tsp

Directions

boil macaroni and drain, set aside.
brown ground beef and drain. add the tomato sauce, water, beans and seasonings, simmer 10 minutes. add the cooked macaroni, stir well. let sit until noodles are re-warmed through. serving size is one cup, however you can reduce your serving size to lower calorie intake of course.
