Simple Blueberry Smoothie

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/2 cup blueberries

    6 oz plain nonfat yogurt

    Splenda

Directions

I used fresh blueberries, but put them in the freezer about 3 hours before.

Add blueberries, yogurt and Splenda (I used 2 packets) in blender and frappe to your liking.

Makes one serving, approximately 9 fl. oz.
