3 small boneless, skinless chicken breasts (frozen OR thawed)
4 tsp. taco seasoning
1 cup salsa
Cover and cook on low approx. 5 hours (if frozen). Times may vary dramatically depending on the cooker.
Serve over rice and/or black beans, or in tortillas with lots of veggie toppings!
