A Yummy Guilty Snack or dessert that tastes just like pumpkin pie! and very easy to make. A Yummy Guilty Snack or dessert that tastes just like pumpkin pie! and very easy to make.
Number of Servings: 1


    6oz Dannon Light & Fit Vanilla Yogurt
    1/4 cup of canned pumpkin (i used libbys)
    1/8 tsp of pumpkin pie spice
    1/8 tsp of cinnamon


Pour the yogurt into a container and then put the canned pumpkin into the yogurt. Mix well and then sprinkle the spices into the yogurt and mix well.
Put into the freezer for an hour our two and eat!

  • I used homemade lowfat yogurt and added a drop of vanilla. Also added a tablespoon of granola to give it some crunch. Didn't freeze it, ate it straight. Was very good and has become one of my favorite snacks. - 8/10/12
