This recipe is for SIX large muffins. You could also make 12 normal-sized muffins at 143 calories a piece. Please note that they are high calorie because they have great, clean sources of fiber, complex carbs, and protein. There is no oil. They have nuts and flax instead! Yum, yum! To be eaten as a snack or a meal. This recipe is for SIX large muffins. You could also make 12 normal-sized muffins at 143 calories a piece. • These are so easy for a quick breakfast. I make 12 small ones and add some protein powder. I used the honey and wrapped them up individually when they were done. My husband and I can just grab them on the way out. Super good with a nice cup of coffee. - 7/21/11
