Ingredients

    16 ounces frozen shelled edamame
    1/4 C. seasoned rice vinegar
    1 TBS vegetable oil
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper
    8 ounces radishes, cut in half and thinly sliced
    1 C. loosely packed chopped fresh cilantro

Directions

Toss the edamame, vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, radishes and cilantro together in a large bowl.
Serve chilled or at room temperature.
