Power Chocolate Cherry Smoothie

Introduction

Yummy, decadent smoothie! Yummy, decadent smoothie!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 cup chocolate soy milk (can use vanilla)
    1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt
    3-4 ice cubes
    1 banana
    2 scoops chocolate protein powder
    1 cup frozen sweet cherries

Directions

Pour soy milk and yogurt in blender. Add ice cubes and begin to blend.

If you have a blender with a hole in the top for adding ingredients, it makes this easier. If not, stop the blender and remove the top to add ingredients at each step.

Add banana and soy powder and continue blending. Add sweet cherries, replace top, and blend until frothy.

Makes about 2.5 servings. We pour a small portion for our toddler and split the rest!
