Ingredients

    9 pkts. Herb ox sodium free beef bouillon (dry)
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
    1 large onion, chopped
    6 cloves garlic, sliced
    1 tsp. olive oil
    1 stick pepperoni, chopped in 1 inch chunks
    9 cups water

Directions

Saute the onion and garlic in the olive oil... then add the pepperoni and saute for a few more mins.... then add the water, and beef bouillon. Then add the frozen spinach and simmer for about 15 mins. more after the spinach has thawed. Cool and then refrigerate overnight..... then remove the grease that has formed on top.... (It should be firm and easy to remove).
Makes about 9 servings.
