Introductioncake for one! cake for one!
Just to make it easy:
2T canned pumpkin
1T unsweetened almond milk, or soy
3 packets of Splenda
1 dash of salt
1 egg white
1T ground flax seed
...mix all of this together
sift 1T unsweetened cocoa powder with 2T wheat flour and .5t baking powder.
...add it to the wet ingredients, then dump into a PAM sprayed mug. Shove in .25 oz chunk of extra dark chocolate into the middle of the batter and then microwave for 2.5 minutes. Turn mug over onto a plate and let sit for a minute...then eat!
