1 lb. lean ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 cup green or red bell pepper
1/2 cup mixed vegetables
1 can beef broth
Dash of worchestershire
1 tbsp. tomoto paste (squeeze tube)
Thicken with a little bit of cornstarch and water.
Serve over any kind of potatoes you like or try rice or noodles.
Makes 4 - 1/2 cup servings.
