Low carb version of classic Philly CheesesteakLow carb version of classic Philly Cheesesteak

Ingredients

1/4 cup chopped red bell peppers
1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 T. chopped green onions
1 oz. slice Provolone cheese
2 servings frozen Steak-umms, cut into strips (4 thin slices)
Dash of salt and pepper
Directions
Saute peppers, mushroom and onion in nonstick skillet with salt and pepper for 3 minutes. Add steak strips and saute for an additional 3 minutes. Place cheese on top and allow to melt. Makes 1 serving.
May place on top of low carb bread but add the carbs if used.
