Low carb version of classic Philly Cheesesteak
1/4 cup chopped red bell peppers
1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 T. chopped green onions
1 oz. slice Provolone cheese
2 servings frozen Steak-umms, cut into strips (4 thin slices)
Dash of salt and pepper
May place on top of low carb bread but add the carbs if used.
