Pasta with Beans Pasta with Beans

Ingredients

    2 T Olive Oil
    2 Cloves Garlic
    1 cup Chopped Onion
    2 cups Chopped Carrots
    1 cup Chopped Celery
    1 tsp Dried Basil
    1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
    1/2 tsp Pepper
    1/2 tsp Salt
    28 oz Diced Tomatoes
    3 Chicken Bouillon Cubes
    3 cups Boiling Water
    1 cup Whole Wheat Pasta
    15 oz Red Kidney Beans
    15 oz White Beans

Directions

Cook raw veggies in oil, stirring constantly; add all but pasta and beans and simmer for 20". Add pasta and beans and cook for 20" more.
