Ingredients

    2 cups shredded carrots
    1/2 cup raisins
    1/2 cup walnuts
    Dressing:
    1 tablspoon poppy seeds
    1 tablspoon lemon juice
    1 tablspoon vinegar
    3 tablspoon olive oil

Directions

Shred the carrots and raisins and walnuts
Combine the ingredients for the dressing, wisk together.

Combine with the carrot, walnut and raisins.
