1 clove garlic
1 small bell pepper
1 zucchini, sliced
1 can no-salt added white beans
10 oz. fresh spinach
1.5 cups chopped mushrooms
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
Salt, pepper, thyme and sage to taste.
