Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Cauliflower, cook and blend 2 cup
    Celery, raw, 3 cup, diced
    Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped
    Red Potato, 24 ounces frozen potatoes 60 to 70 cal. per serving
    pioneer gravy mix, 1 packet 2.75


Directions

Sautee onion and celery in pan sprayed with Pam. Dissolve gravy mix in a couple of cups of water . Whisk out all the lumps. Add the rest of the water to onions and celery. Bring soup mix to boil add potatoes, cook a bit add gravy in water. Cook a bit longer add steamed cauliflower that has been pureed in a blender. It thickens the soup. Cook 30 to 40 minutes longer.
