Ingredients

    **Crust**
    1 1/2 cups Pecans, crushed/ground fine
    1/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
    1/2 cup Butter, softened
    2 packets Nutrasweet Equal packet
    **Filling**
20 oz Cream Cheese (2 1/2 bricks), softened
    3 tsp Vanilla
    3 tsp Cocoa powder, unsweetened
    15 packets Nutrasweet Equal packet
    **Topping**
2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream, whipped
    5 packets Nutrasweet Equal packet

Directions

**For crust**
Mix ingredients well and spread into nonstick sprayed pan (I used square 9 x 9 pan). Bake at 350 for 10 minutes, cool and then refrigerate for about an hour.
**For Filling and topping**
1)Combine ingredients for filling until blended smoothly and scoop onto crust (after cooled).
2)Whip cream and equal together with hand blender, until stiff and top filling.
3)Garnish with a sprinkle of cocoa powder.
4)Top with birthday candles, and sing happy birthday to me! (to make for everyday occasion--omit candles..lol)

**Store in refrigerator
**Depending on type and brand of sweetner used, may need sweetner adjustments.
**Serving size: cut 9 x 9 pan into 9 squares

Number of Servings: 9
