1 lb lean ground beef 1 can rinsed Kidney beans 1 cup brown rice 1 cup barbeque sauce 2 cups water 1 can niblet corn
Brown and drain beef. Leave in good size chunks. Toss into crock pot. Cover with rice, kidney beans(drained and rinsed), barbeque sauce and wtater. Do not stir! Set on high for 2 1/2 hours or low for 8 hours. Stir in corn. Let sit 10 minutes. Serve with salad.
