3 medium potatoes, washed and sliced to 1/4" 1-2 tsp extra virgin olive oil 1/2 cup Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese 1/4 cup Bacon Bits
Preheat oven to 350. Lightly spray/coat each potato with the olive oil. If you use a kitchen spray/pump, you will use a lot less oil! Place the potato slices on a cooking sheet and place in the oven for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and turn potatoes over. Continue to cook for 10-15 minutes more, or until potatoes are tender. Remove from oven and turn off. Disribute the cheese among the potatoes and top with the bacon bits. Place back in the oven and let the heat melt the cheese. The oven does not need to be on for this. You may prefer to serve with sour cream. We prefer the Light sour cream. Makes 6 servings (4 potato slices each serving).
