1 cup Cornmeal
1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 Tbsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1 cup Soy Milk, plain
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1/3 cup Olive Oil
In a medium-sized bowl, mix together all dry ingredients.
In a smaller bowl, whisk wet ingredients until smooth.
Add wet mixture to dry and blend thoroughly.
Pour batter into a cast iron skillet or well-oiled pan.
Bake at 400 for 25 minutes.
Cut into 8 wedges.
