    4 cups rolled oats (not instant)
    1/3 cup sliced almonds
    1/3 cup sunflower seeds
    1 tbsp sesame seeds
    1/8 tsp salt
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/3 cup canola oil
    1/3 cup King syrup


Mix the dry ingredients. Add the oil and syrup, mixing thoroughly.
Spread the mixture evenly on a cookie sheet covered with aluminum foil. Bake at 325 degrees, stirring occasionally. It should be golden brown when done, about 25 minutes. Store in an airtight container.
Makes 12 servings.
You may add raisins or coconut when you serve it but don't store the granola with the extras in it or it will get soggy.
