Beans, white, 8 cup
Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia)
Garlic, 2 tsp
Organic Low Sodium Chicken Stock, 2 serving
Pork Andouille, 7 serving
tony chachere's seasoning
*chop onion, bell pepper, garlic
*take andouille out of casing and brown in skillet
*combine beans, veggies, andouille into crockpot
*at 2 cups chicken stock, 1 bay leaf, and fill with water until beans are covered.
*Cook on low for 8-10 hours until beans are creamy.
*makes 20 1/2 cup servings
*serve over brown rice
*optional: top with diced tomatos, low fat cheese, or chopped onion
