24 oz Tilapia fillets
2 large eggs, slightly beaten
1 tbsp water
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 cup dried Italian style bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Rinse and dry tilapia fillets.
Mix eggs with water in bowl.
Combine bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and paprika; set aside.
Dip tilapia fillets in egg wash and then lightly coat with bread crumb mixture.
Place in greased glass pan. Spray lightly with spray butter.
Cook at 375 degrees Fahrenheit 12 to 15 minutes or until just cooked. Do not overcook. Fish is done when flakes easily when tested with fork.
