1/2 lbs Broccoli Rabe- stems removed
1 1/2 tbsp of olive oil
1 clove of garlic sliced thin
2 tsp grated parmesan cheese
2. Place the Broccoli Rabe in the boiling water for about 5 minutes and then drain (this helps remove the bitterness)
3. Heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and saute for 2 minutes. Stir in the broccoli rabe and saute for another 10-15 minutes. Dust with parmesean cheese.
