Ingredients

    1 box of Dr. Oetker Organic Pudding and Pie Filling Mix Butterscotch
    2 cups Blue Diamond Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

Directions

Put 2 cups of almond milk in saucepan. Add pudding mix gradually, while stiring with a wire whisk. Turn stove onto medium heat. Stir constantly until it thickens and starts to boil. Cook and stir for one more minute. Transfer to a container to store the pudding in or put in dessert bowls. Chill 3-4 hours. If you put plastic on the surface of the warm pudding it will help prevent formation of skin.
Serves 4 (1/2 cup)
