Stir fried soya beans
Dry soya beans 100g
Spring onion chopped into thin round slices
I cup canned plum tomatoes
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 cup of water
1 tsp salt
Dry fry soya beans in a pan for 10 mins without oil, low flame.
Put soya beans into a plate.
Put oil in the pan, fry chilli, ginger, and spring onion for 30 seconds
Add water and bring to boil
Add back the soya beans
Add salt and simmer for 15 mins until the water is gone.
