Very simple recipe!!

Don't forget to count whatever your toppings are. My favourite is lemon juice and a bit of sugar, but fruit and yogurt go great too.

Don't forget to count whatever your toppings are. My favourite is lemon juice and a bit of sugar, but fruit and yogurt go great too.

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2.5 Cups Milk
    2 Eggs
    2 Cups Flour

Directions

Makes approximately 18 crepes, at 1/4 cup per crepe.

Blend all ingredients together and use 1/4 cup to measure amount to pour into pan. Put the slightest amount of vegetable oil in the pan to prevent sticking, or use an oil spray.

Use small pans for best results.
